5 out of 5 starsLISTEN. they accidentally sent me a faulty order, but made it up by sending me a new one for free. they were incredibly helpful and nice towards my opinion as a customer and made sure i wasn’t dissatisfied with my order. even if your order doesn’t come out right the first time, you can count on them to make it up because of their incredible customer service.

Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Small items are shipped in a small bubble envelope.
Prints are shipped in a reinforced envelope.
Frames are shipped in a box, with padding.
Sizing details
Earrings/rings are all one size fits all.

Age Recommendation
All of my items are NOT intended for Children, and are intended for Adult use only.
This is notably because of small parts, which are a choking hazard.
None of my items are edible, nor should be used outside its designed purpose.
Digital Items
Please note that due to the nature of digital items, I cannot offer a return. The reason why is because I cannot reclaim a digital item in the event of a refund. The buyer gets to keep the item.
To me, this is a fair policy in my eyes, and I hope you can see this too.
Delivery and missing packages
I try my best to dispatch on time, and I always notify customers when items ship.
I am not responsible for the following.
- Shipping delays
- Import fees
- Incorrect addresses*
*If your item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay again for re-shipping.
In the event of lost orders, I do all I possibly can on my end to help avoid this (proper address formatting, clear & legible labels, correct customs information)
However, occasionally packages do go missing.
If your package does not turn up within the delivery estimate, please contact me regarding your order, as each case of non-delivery can be different)
Returns & Exhanges
If you wish to return your item, get in touch with me.
If returning by choice, you will need to pay shipping fees, (unless item is damaged or defective) In that case, please contact me for assistance. Check out my returns policy for more details.
Christmas Shipping
Last Christmas postal dates for regions:
(Good rule of thumb, order before Dec 9th for all regions, and before 12th for the Americas).
UK/ROI: Fri 18th Dec.
Central Europe: 11-18th Dec.
Eastern Europe: Fri 11th Dec
United States: Sat 12th Dec.
Australia: Fri 11th Dec.
Asia: Wed 9th Dec.
As always, delays are possible.
Even if you order before these dates, there is still a chance you may not receive your item before Christmas, I aim for, but never promise Christmas delivery as I cannot account for any delays, once the package leaves my hands.
